As Co-Chairman of CLS Group, Mr. Watts provides strategic focus and program leadership to the firm’s business engagements, alliances and initiatives. He brings to CLS Group more than 20 years of professional leadership experience at the highest levels of business, government, and sports. He has directed major projects and initiatives both nationally and internationally. He works with clients to implement project management, business development, communications and public affairs strategies. Mr. Watts served in the U.S. Congress from 1995 to 2003 and served as the chairman of the Republican Conference, the fourth-ranking majority party leadership position in the U.S. House of Representatives. While serving in Congress, Mr. Watts co-authored the American Community Renewal and New Markets Act; authored the Community Solutions Act, and drafted legislation to create the House Select Committee on Homeland Security, which he later served on. Mr. Watts also served on the House Armed Services Committee, the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, and the House Banking and Urban Affairs Committee. Since leaving Congress, Mr. Watts has continued his public service. At the request of President George W. Bush and Secretary of State Colin Powell, Mr. Watts led a U.S. delegation to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Conference on Racism, Discrimination and Xenophobia in Vienna, Austria. Mr. Watts has co-founded and co-chaired the Coalition for AIDS Relief in Africa and founded the J.C. and Frankie Watts Foundation to focus on urban renewal and other charitable initiatives.

Mr. Adams' 28 plus year tenure with CLS has included the management of numerous oil and gas projects, telecommunications, construction and utility projects. He has particular expertise in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Business Management and Public Relations. Mr. Adams maintains well-developed industry contacts and excellent working relationships with Municipal, County, State, and Federal agencies. In 1994, Mr. Adams led the company into utility, telecommunications and construction project management, expanding the company's reputation for a strong work ethic and exceptionally high performance standards both domestically and internationally. Since then, he has provided a vision to enable CLS to offer expertise in every facet of a project, from due diligence stages to construction and installation. Mr. Adams has successfully led CLS in major energy, telecommunications and utility projects throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. As President of CLS Group, Mr. Adams leads by example, fostering individual initiative within a team environment.

Lance Lang Vice President |
Mr. Lang is responsible for overseeing all operational, financial and business development efforts for the CLS Group. This includes day to day project operations, financial reviews, AP/AR, new client prospecting and growing the company’s existing customer relationships. Mr. Lang’s strong background in project management equips him in the supervision of numerous projects from the corporate level. Mr. Lang interacts with various project managers in the field to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished. In addition, Mr. Lang works closely with the Director of Operations concerning the development of new projects from preparation to planning and implementation. Throughout his tenure with CLS Group, Mr. Lang has fostered relationships with several major Carriers, OEM, Tower Companies and Project Management firms.

Ronald Hurt Chief Financial Officer |
Mr. Hurt comes to CLS Group as a results driven, effective leader with a proven ability to identify and resolve issues. His experience in the accounting profession spans two decades. Mr. Hurt has 15 years of experience specifically in the oil and gas industry having at one point been the Vice-President of Finance for a land division. Mr. Hurt continually stays abreast of policy changes to ensure the company is in complete compliance with federal and state laws. Mr. Hurt directly supervises and provides oversight to all duties related to the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, job cost, general ledger and payroll transactions. Mr. Hurt is an efficient and thorough problem solver who possesses an in-depth knowledge of GAAP principles.

Todd Lamb General Counsel |
Senator Todd Lamb has been with the CLS Group since 2006. As General Counsel, Mr. Lamb oversees contract negotiations for the company, along with working with the president and executive staff in RFP evaluation and business development. Senator Todd Lamb was elected to his first term in the Oklahoma Senate on November 2, 2004 by the voters of Senate district 47. District 47 encompasses Northwest Oklahoma City and portions of Edmond and Deer Creek. A few of the district’s landmarks are Oklahoma Christian, Mercy Hospital, Quail Springs Mall, Francis Tuttle Technology Center, and the Baptist Retirement Village. In 1993, Senator Lamb worked on the campaign staff of gubernatorial candidate Frank Keating. Upon Keating’s election, Lamb worked alongside the Governor for four years. During his time in the Governor’s office, Lamb traveled to all of Oklahoma’s 77 counties, almost half of the United States, and 2 foreign countries promoting Governor Keating’s pro-growth economic agenda. Senator Lamb served in the Keating Administration from 1994 until 1998. In 1998, Senator Lamb became a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service. He was elected president of his Secret Service Academy class and graduated with special recognition. During his U.S. Secret Service tenure, Lamb investigated and made numerous arrests in the areas of counterfeiting, bank fraud, threats against the President, and identity theft. His duties included domestic and international protection assignments during the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations. In 2000, Lamb was a site supervisor for George W. Bush’s presidential campaign. In early 2001, he was appointed to the national Joint Terrorism Task Force, where he received training and briefings at the CIA, FBI, and Secret Service headquarters in Washington, D.C. After the terrorists’ attacks, he was assigned to portions of the 9-11 investigation. Senator Lamb departed the U.S. Secret Service in 2002 and at that time accepted a position on the staff of United States Senator Don Nickles.

Mr. Tipton is in charge of ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations. He also maintains our recruiting efforts ensuring the personnel representing CLS Group, both in the field and in the office, are the most qualified in the Energy and Telecommunications Industries. In addition, Mr. Tipton is constantly researching and creating new ways to recruit globally and ensure CLS Group is a known staple for these industries and any future CLS Group endeavors.

Michael Maxey Operations Director of Oil and Gas |
Mr. Maxey is one of the leading project managers when it involves the oil and gas industry. His 20 plus years of experience allow him to effectively manage our Tulsa market and create new business without missing a beat. Mr. Maxey possesses a full range of knowledge and expertise in all phases of land work from initial work in the field, preparing leasehold checks and detailed ownership reports using courthouse and abstract company records, leasing and preparation of related instruments, and curative.

Glen Fullbright Director of Land Services |
Mr. Fullbright began his Oil and Gas career in 1981 as a field landman, gaining a broad based experience in all facets of leasing and title determination. In 1985 he joined with William A. Snyder in forming a full-service oil and gas brokerage company. During the period from 1985 to 1992, he directed day to day operations which provided diversified land services for independent oil companies in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Colorado. From 1993 to 2005, Mr. Fullbright operated as an independent petroleum landman, during which he gained further expertise in mineral title examination and HBP leasehold title. Mr. Fullbright is an expert in title research, curative, due diligence and Oklahoma Corporation hearings, leasing and mineral acquisition.

Rusty Robinson Senior Land Manager, Rocky Mountain Division |
Mr. Robinson joins CLS Group with over 20 years of management experience. He has worked as a landman for over a decade and has a proven track record of taking an aggressive yet effective approach to new ideas stimulating company growth. His ability to communicate and relate to the clients of CLS Group has proven to be a valuable asset for the company. Mr. Robinson has demonstrated leadership skills which mirror the values of Capital Land Services and will continue to enhance overall growth.

John Montecalvo Director of Operations |
Mr. Montecalvo oversees the start-up of new projects, interacts with clients to help manage their objectives, and is involved with the decision making process in effectively placing resources. Mr. Montecalvo's background includes working as a Project Director for both Ericsson and Lucent Technologies; for Western Wireless as a Site Acquisition Agent/Manager on the first GSM build for the OKC, OK MTA in ’95-’96; and as a Program Manager for the Hurricane Katrina Cingular Recovery Project.

Jason Walker, PHR Human Resource Generalist |
As the HR Generalist for CLS Group, Mr. Walker performs a variety of functions including payroll processing, benefits administration, and recruitment activities. Mr. Walker also maintains our Potential Hire Access Database (PHAD). PHAD is a tool in our qualification process that rates each potential hire on seven qualifying criteria with which Mr. Walker is able to guarantee the quality of candidates pursuing employment with CLS Group.
