The Construction Manager for CLS will direct on-site responsibility for construction activities for a given number of cell sites including coordinating construction scheduling, communication and act as a liaison to project management concerning bids, subcontracting, progress and delays. May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials, and purchase orders. Leads and directs the work of other crew members. Requires technical knowledge to assist staff and contractors.
