CLS Group is currently seeking applicants for the position of Site Auditor / Construction Manager in Northern California and Minnesota. Work will begin with Ground and Tower Audits with Construction Management to follow. Site audits will include performing an inventory of tower equipment and shelter facilities. Certification to climb towers is a plus! Once construction begins the Construction Manager will direct on-site responsibility for construction activities for a given number of sites including coordinating construction scheduling, communication and act as a liaison to project management concerning bids, subcontracting, progress and delays. May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials, and purchase orders. Leads and directs the work of other crew members. Requires technical knowledge to assist staff and contractors.
