CLS Group is currently seeking applicants for the position of ROW Manager. Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience managing ROW projects.

ROW Manager-Electrical Transmission • Minimum of 10 years experience managing multi-state ROW acquisition projects • Works with ROW agents on issues concerning landowner, easements, agent issues, and team processes. • Manages communications with all stakeholders • Coordinate activities of field agents, contact property owners and public officials to secure easements or to purchase right-of-way for utility lines, pipelines, and other construction projects. • Purchases or directs acquisition of right-of-way for obtaining licenses and agreements. • Settles claims for property or crop damage resulting from construction activities. • Releases information to public regarding right-of-way agreements and arranges for modification or release of existing agreements. • Works with construction teams and right-of-way agents in team meetings to discuss permitting, right-of-way, and survey issues.
