Site Acquisition Project Manager CLS Group is currently seeking applicants for the position of Site Acquisition Project Manager in the Phoenix, AZ market. The Site Acquisition PM is responsible for managing the overall Site Acquisition process and delegating work to a team of SA Specialists involved in wireless site candidate identification, due diligence, and lease negotiations within a specified search area. Close interaction and coordination with Radio Frequency (RF) engineering, zoning, and construction will be required. The Site Acquisition PM must be able to handle all related aspects for the cell sites assigned. In addition, the Site Acquisition Project Manager is the single point of contact on a project and performs a lead consultant role with overall responsibility for customer satisfaction through planning, implementation and closeout phases for assigned projects.
