CLS Group will compile a complete inventory of the institution's properties and build a data base for management and oversight.
Inventory of properties will be monitored and updated to reflect changes in their status (i.e. producing to nonproducing).
Track changes relating to acquisition and divestment, which may affect your producing or nonproducing mineral portfolio.
When deemed necessary, request a copy of the drilling title opinion and or division order title opinion, in order to establish and verify the institution’s ownership interests.
CLS Group will assure that payments are being received timely, along with verifying the accuracy of each ownership interest. CLS Group will also conduct a review and comparison of pricing and all production information, pertaining to each specific institution property.
Based on properties with working interests, an analysis will be provided to determine whether the client’s rights and obligations under Joint Operating Agreements are effectively protected and exercised. Also, all Joint Interest Billings and Authorization for Expenditures will be analyzed for accuracy.
